Over-the-Phone
Have a simple move and need it to happen right away? Our phone estimates might be the perfect fit for you. Be ready to share details like 1) addresses we’ll be moving from and to; 2) items we’ll be moving; 3) if there are stairs or elevators at any locations; 4) will there be any access issues for our trucks (after all, we aren’t bringing a Hyundai); 5) and when do you need your move to happen/can you be flexible). Be a little prepared and we’ll have you signed up before you can say, “That was easy!”
Virtual
Do you live somewhere outside of Spokane or Wenatchee and need to show us what all you’ve got? This is where virtual surveys come in handy. We’ll set up, for lack of a better word, a “FaceTime” estimate and you can take us on a tour of your home, where we’ll ask you to “please slow down” and “can I see that cabinet again” type of questions. We’ll likely meet your kids, your pets and your spouse who didn't’ realize you were on this type of a call. Way to go.
In-Person
Need packing and moving, or just want to meet one of us in person? We can do that, too. We’ll send out an experienced estimator or driving lead who knows exactly what to look for and the questions to ask in order to provide you with a reliable, realistic estimate.
